For those of you who aren’t tweeters, you’ll be amazed at exactly how much Twitter use there was at the Health 2.0 Conference. Go take a look at the Twitter search with the tag #Healt2con. There are 40+ pages. The link starts you at the end and allows you to follow the stream of consciousness of the tweeters at the meeting by clicking “newer” at the top of the page
