Just a few months ago Aamer Ghaffar, CEO of mHealth Coach, got on stage at the Health Datapalooza to demo the company’s Cardiac Recovery Kit, a program designed to keep patients from being readmitted to the hospital. The kit includes educational modules that patients use before and after discharge to learn about their conditions. It’s built around mHealth Coach’s Florence, a system that helps users manage their medications with a virtual coach.
