Practice Fusion: Ryan Howard tells (some but not) all

Ryan Howard, the CEO of Practice Fusion, is sitting pretty this week. He just raised another $23m to really expand the company’s free SaaS based EMR-including Founders Fund (yes that’s the Paypal/Facebook guys) buying in to join the early investors Morgenthaler and more.

But what’s the real numbers of users and how much are they using the system? I tried hard to shake the real numbers out of him and I got some! Also got the low-down on Practice Fusion versus Athenahealth, and when they’re opening their API. Well worth hearing him out!
