Phytel on Managing Patient Populations
A preview for Wednesday’s Health 2.0 Show, this video includes an interview with CEO of Phytel Steve Schelhammer taken at HIMSS12. Phytel is the creator of several population health management tools for providers. Phytel aggregates patient data in order to measure an organization’s overall effectiveness and identify gaps in care. Phytel’s CTO Patrick Flynn also explains how Phytel’s software has evolved over the past four years.
