Kareo CEO on Small Practice Billing Software
Last time Health 2.0 News spoke to Kareo the company had just raised equity of $10 million in October of last year. Matthew Holt caught up with Kareo CEO Dan Rodrigues at HIMSS12 last month to talk about Kareo’s practice management and billing software. Rodrigues said more than 11,000 physicians are now using the platform, a cloud-based service that allows practices to schedule appointments, bill patients and integrate with certain electronic medical records. Rodrigues talked with Holt about the current state of the market Kareo serves ― small practices of 1 to 4 physicians ― and the importance of delivering a super-focused service.
