The Health 2.0 Developer Challenge Boston Code-a-thon is this Saturday and registration is FREE!
This is a great event for developers, designers, patients, providers, and researchers interested in seeing rapid development of health care related tools and applications. Feel free to bring a pre-formed group or find a team on the spot. Either way, we encourage you to take a look at the Available Datasets and APIs for inspiration.
We’ve seen some great developments come out of our first two code-a-thons of 2011, and we can’t wait to see what Boston has in store! Adding to our excitement, Make Magazine will be donating various tools (electronic components, sensors and Arduinos!) to create physical devices, and Microsoft will be providing Kinects, available for hacking!
The event will be taking place at the Microsoft New England Research & Development Center, One Memorial Drive, Suite 100, Cambridge, MA 02142
